Xan Forest Phillips is a yoga teacher with a 200-hour certification from SOUL Yoga in Cleveland, Ohio.
Xan's philosophy as a yoga teacher is informed by chakra alignment, meditation, empowering language, and sound studies. His practice is also shaped by mindfulness regarding sensory and learning nuances experienced by those on the ADHD and Autism spectrum.
